RIVERBEND RV PARK
Nestled amongst the trees of the South Umpqua River, Riverbend RV Park is located at 31 Thompson Ave, just as short walk from downtown Winston.
• Rent is $475.00 per month.
• $475.00 refundable security deposit.
• Water and trash collection is included. Sewer and electricity are billed to the tenant(s) monthly by management.
• Coin-op laundry on site
• Free Wifi internet
• Community Club House that offers: locked tenant mailboxes, pool table for recreational enjoyment, coffee/hot chocolate bar, and recliner chairs for the enjoyment of satellite TV.
• We accept RV’s 2010 or newer or in comparable condition, subject to management approval.
RV’s must be in good condition. Must be fully self contained.
This park does not feature any tenant-use restrooms or showers.
The RV park is also located adjacent to Riverbend Park, which features many public events throughout the year, including the Celtic Highland Games, concerts in the park, Fourth of July celebrations, and much more.
SHADY POINT RV PARK
Shady Point RV Park is located off of Highway 99 South, two miles south of downtown Roseburg.
• Rent is $372.00 per month, depending on the space.
Some spaces are more, as they provide more space and accommodate larger RV’s.
• $372.00 refundable security deposit.
• Water, sewer, and trash collection is included. Tenant(s) are responsible for power and power for the space must be put into tenant(s) name upon move-in.
• Private storage shed included in each space.
• We accept RV’s 2000 or newer or in comparable condition, subject to management approval.
RV’s must be in good condition. Must be fully self contained.
This park does not feature any tenant-use restrooms, showers, or laundry facilities.
HOW TO APPLY: To apply for space at either of the above parks, applications are available on the website within the ‘Renter Resources’ tab or we can send one to you via email, mail or fax. Completed applications and all required documentation can be submitted via those methods as well. When applying, please include exterior photos of your RV, as well as the year and length, as it is subject to approval by management. All applications are reviewed and processed according to our written screening criteria, in accordance with Fair Housing laws.
